Plain version first, because the plain version is the one that matters.

Balance

Money you load becomes store credit on PKFactory. It does not expire, it carries no dormancy or maintenance fee, and it cannot be withdrawn as cash. Bonus credit is promotional and is tracked separately from the cash you loaded.

Refunds

A refund returns credit to your balance in the same proportions the order used: cash back as cash, bonus back as bonus. Refunds are issued by an operator by hand; there is no self-serve refund flow yet.

Shipping

Every pair ships direct from its source. Transit windows on each product are estimates, not guarantees — customs in particular is outside anyone's control here.
