How sizing works here

Unbranded factory shoes do not share a size system. Two pairs stamped “US 10” from two different lines can differ by most of a size. So we publish the insole length in centimetres — the factory's own measurement — and treat every other number as a conversion.

Measure your foot

1. Put a sheet of paper against a wall and stand on it, heel touching the wall. Wear the sock you would wear with the shoe.
2. Mark the paper at the tip of your longest toe — which is not always the big toe.
3. Measure heel to mark in centimetres. Do both feet; they differ. Use the longer one.
4. Add 0.5–1.0 cm for everyday wear. Add closer to 1.0 cm for a runner or a boot you will wear with thick socks.

That total is the insole length to order. If it lands between two sizes on a pair, take the longer one — a shoe slightly too big can be managed with an insole, a shoe too small cannot be fixed.

If it does not fit

Returns are handled by hand right now. An operator credits the pair back to your balance in the same split it was paid with — cash returns as cash, bonus returns as bonus — and you order the right size with the credit.

There is no self-serve return button yet and no automated returns flow. When there is one, this page will say so.

Why we do not just print “US 10”

Because we would be guessing, and a confident wrong number is worse than an honest measurement. The conversions on each product page are there for orientation. The centimetre figure is the one we stand behind.
